January 2025 Water Invoices and Prior Months Charges
OUR OFFICE WILL HAVE THE DECEMBER 2024 AND JANUARY 2025 INVOICES POSTED AND PRINTED THIS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW YOUR INVOICE AMOUNTS BEFORE RECEIVING THESE INVOICES, PLEASE EMAIL DANAVFCWD@GMAIL.COM.
Our office experienced delays and related billing issues for the November and December 2024 billing cycles. During these months, no late fees were applied. The December 2024 invoices will be re-printed and mailed to all customers for your records and are due immediately. A late fee will be applied if your payment for your December water use (invoice date of December 31st.) is not received by our office by February 26th.
Your January water use invoices will be posted and printed tomorrow, Monday, February 3, 2025, and are due February 26th, 2025. This is a reminder to our customers that ALL Invoices are due immediately upon production, and late fees will be applied to accounts with a remaining balance after the 26th.
Our customers can still make online payments for their water bills using their Payclix account, but you must enter a specific dollar amount you would like to pay. Please see our webpage for more information on PayClix Online Bill Pay.
Apple Valley Foothill is working closely with Ampstum on the final configurations of our new customer portal. We look forward to better serving our community with our customer portal becoming open to customers this month. An email will notify you once the final touches are made and internal testing of the customer portal is completed. Our office will continue to accept Cash, Check, and Money orders. If our office is closed during your visit, you may place your payment in the mail slot on the front door of the Water district office.
